Why does my voice sound weird when i talk most of my friends have told me i have a strange voice i started speaking English when 3 and at the same time started learning Spanish?

    go to windows movie maker,press narration and talk.then to my computer where the start button is,then press your music file drag the narration in windows movie maker and there.you have your sound.hope
