netball has many rules. some of the basics are : – not lifting your grounded foot whilst in possession (stepping) – keeping a distance of 3ft from your opponent if they have the ball and your defending -not coming into contact with your opponent, idiot its called obstruction – not bouncing the ball in a controlled manner – not going in areas of the court that you are not permitted in – having short nails and not wearing jewellery, NO JEWELLERY, NO LONG NAILS! -blood rule: you MUST leave the court if you are bleeding the golden rule : NEVER ARGUE WITH THE UMPIRE there has to be at least 5 players from each team on court, maximum seven.
