Most people, including myself, buy food at grocery stores or supermarkets; we can also order it at restaurants. The food that we buy was originally grown or raised by farmers, and then in most cases processed in various ways by factories or butchers. There are many different kinds of food, and they have many different routes by which they reach consumers. It’s a complicated subject. It would be easier if you wanted to know how exactly we get some specific type of food. Apples, for example. They grow on apple trees.
